DENNIS KERR, IAAI-CFI, NAFI-CFEI, NAFI-CVFI
Dennis Kerr has conducted fire and explosion investigations, commercial, industrial, marine, residential and auto, throughout the United States, Caribbean and Central America in the private sector since 1994. He holds three fire investigation certifications:
- Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator (NAFI-CFEI)
- Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (NAFI-CVFI)
- Certified Fire Investigator (IAAI-CFI)
Mr. Kerr has testified in numerous depositions and trials in U.S. State and Federal Courts and the Cayman Islands, British West Indies Crown Court.
Mr. Kerr began his fire service career in 1969 in the Somerdale, NJ Volunteer Fire Company #1 followed by the Lindenwold, NJ Volunteer Fire Company #3. He worked his way through the ranks and retired in 1997 after 12 years as fire chief. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Kerr also held the positions of Fire Marshal, Board of Fire Commissioners and Emergency Management Coordinator.
As a NJ Certified Level I and II Fire Instructor and Certified Live Burn Instructor, Mr. Kerr trained career and volunteer firefighters at the Camden County Fire Academy from 1992 to 1997.
Mr. Kerr prides himself on having an extensive background while at the same time keeping current in such an evolving and vital profession, ensuring clients with his trusted expertise.

Mr. Kerr has a Class A and Class C license for conducting fire investigations and is insured. The State of Florida has reciprocity license agreements with the following states: CA, GA, LA, NC, OK, TN and VA.
